All VidyoConnect and VidyoConnect EU Customers: The Vidyo team will be performing maintenance on the VidyoConnect service during the following time:
Maintenance Start: Sunday, February 3rd, 2:00 a.m. UTC
Maintenance End: Sunday, February 3rd, 5:00 a.m. UTC
You will experience a service interruption during this time period.

Notice of Requirement to Upgrade Hybrid VidyoRouters
VidyoConnect Customers Using Hybrid Components: It is mandatory that you contact Vidyo Support prior to February 3, 2019 so we can access your hybrid components and upgrade them in preparation for the February 3rd maintenance window. If you don't provide Vidyo with access prior to February 3rd, your hybrid component(s) will either fail to function with VidyoConnect Cloud or experience degraded video quality.

Infrastructure and Security Updates
During this maintenance window, Vidyo will implement some enhancements to improve our network performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as our system security.
