[Identified] We are receiving reports of users unable to join meetings using Telephony services on all of the VidyoCloud/VidyoConnect environments using various numbers. Our team is working with our voice services provider who has acknowledged issues on their side. VidyoCloud/VidyoConnect voice dial in users are affected. We will provide an update as soon as services are restored.

[Investigating] We are receiving reports of users experiencing service disruptions. The issue looks to only effect users accessing the system via Verizon services, and mainly to/from our US west coast data centers . We are continuing to look into the matter and will update as information develops.
