In our continued effort to optimize your VidyoConnect experience, our team will be performing an emergency maintenance on the VidyoConnect Healthcare Edition environment to reset the system. This emergency maintenance will occur during the following time:

Maintenance Start: Friday, February 21st, 5:00 a.m. UTC (12:00 a.m. EST)
Maintenance End: Friday, February 21st, 5:05 a.m. UTC (12:00 a.m. EST)

You will experience a service interruption for approximately 2-5 minutes during this time period.

Enghouse Vidyo has detected an issue that requires the system to be reset. We will be performing this reset and all calls will be interrupted. We expect this interruption to last no more than 2-3 minutes.
